Tyson to emulate Klitschko

TYSON FURY hinted he could emulate Wladimir Klitschko’s reign as heavyweight king and fight until he is 40.

The Gypsy King credits himself for saving the division – which had been ruled by the Klitschko brothers – when he outboxed Wladimir in 2015 to win the unified belts. Since vacating the titles amid a battle with depression, only to return five years later and beat Deontay Wilder for the WBC crown, the 31-year-old had said he planned to box just twice more.

But, currently on top of the heavyweight thrown alongside Anthony Joshua, Fury appears to have reversed his decision, and suggested he could in fact box for another nine years.

Fury, preparing to face 34-year-old Wilder for a third time, told Sky Sports: “I’ve won every single belt in boxing. “From the English title to becoming the undisputed heavyweight champ of the world. All done, all finished. Considered the best, done. –skysport
